1. Sift low-gluten flour and baking powder.

2. Add white granulated sugar and frozen hard butter cubes.

3. Slowly knead it into corn kernels with your hands.

4. Add the whole egg liquid and milk.

5. Slowly mix into dough.

6. Soak the dried prunes overnight, take out the seeds, put them in the dough, and put them in the refrigerator to chill and relax for 30 minutes.

7. Take the dough out and roll it out to a thickness of 1cm. Print out the pattern with a mold.

8. Put it on the baking tray.

9. Brush a layer of whole egg liquid.

10. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees, and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
