Simple and Delicious Strawberry Jam

Remove the green leaves of strawberries and lemons and wash them. Prepare a small milk pot

Cut the strawberry into 4 pieces. I like the strawberry diced in the sauce, so I don’t need to break it with a blender. Lemon halved

Put the chopped strawberries into a small milk pot and drizzle with half a lemon juice

Add another 100 grams of sugar, if you like sweet taste, you can add 150 grams. I like the sweet and sour taste, and I have to control sugar during pregnancy, so I only put 100 grams

Stir well and let stand for 15 minutes

Then turn on the medium heat and start to boil. During this process, keep stirring to prevent sticking to the pan. Stop the fire until it becomes viscous.
