Simple and Easy to Learn Less Oil Version of Braised Noodles

First, fry the pork belly until there is a lot of oil. If the pork belly is too thin, you need to add oil properly. If the pork belly is too fat, you can pour out more oil.

Add cooking wine and garlic and stir-fry the meat, then add the beans, add salt, soy sauce, and vinegar (the ones that are used to eat sour and sour), stir-fry a few times and add water (same as the beans and meat)

Cover the pot after adding the noodles

Turn over the noodles every one or two minutes. If the noodles are too dry, sprinkle some water on the noodles. Repeat this two or three times until no raw noodles are visible
