Simple and Fast Braised Pork Recipe Guide

400g of pork belly, wash and dry, and cut into two-finger-wide equal pieces (It is recommended to choose three-point fat and seven-point lean pork belly, and the fat and lean are evenly distributed, don’t choose too thick)

Pour 25ml of oil in a wok, heat on medium heat, add 6 slices of ginger and sauté

Then add the meat and stir fry until the color is slightly burnt (fry the fat in the pork to make the pork fat but not greasy)

Pour in 25ml of braised sauce, then pour in water and the meat, and stir well (the braised sauce is based on the soy sauce with the essence of the braised seasoning, you don’t need to add rock sugar to fry the sugar when using the braised sauce)

Cover the lid, turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes, then open the lid and turn to high heat to collect the sauce, stir fry and turn off the heat evenly
