Simple and More Delicious-red Wine Steak

Prepare the ingredients.

Use a knife to chop the meat on both sides of the steak loosely.

Add salt, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and black pepper to marinate for one hour.

Sprinkle some dill at the end.

Add red wine and white sugar to the pot, boil until the juice thickens and set aside.

Heat the pan over a low heat, add butter and fry it until fragrant. Add the steak and fry until mature on both sides.

Bring water to a boil, add broccoli and cook, remove.

Put it on a plate, drizzle with red wine juice and squeeze with lemon juice.
Tips:
Don't stir too much when frying the steak. Dry red for red wine.
