Simple Bibimbap

The ingredients are blanched with water to make bibimbap sauce (you can't eat Korean sauce, some can add Korean spicy sauce, according to personal preference) add proper amount of oil to the pot + add garlic and stir fry + water + oyster sauce + soy sauce + sugar (According to personal taste, I like more salty soy sauce and more sugar for dessert).

The white rice is inverted, and the hot ingredients are added. I fry more poached eggs (^-^). Pour the freshly cooked sauce and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
