Tips:
1. Beef should not be cooked for too long, or it will be old. If the tender meat is over water, the water will be boiled. If there is no tender meat powder, corn starch or the like can also be used;
2. If you replace the lettuce with other dishes, such as bean sprouts, lettuce, enoki mushrooms, etc., boil it for about 2 minutes.
