Simple Casual Dessert-papaya Milk Jelly

Cut a small section of the top of the papaya and use a spoon to dig out the seeds from the papaya.

Mix the milk, sugar and isinglass powder, and stir evenly with insulated water until the isinglass powder, sugar and milk are all blended together. (You can also directly pour the mixture into the milk pan, place it on a low fire and stir, being careful not to let the milk boil.)

Pour the stirred milk into the hollow papaya while it is hot.

Cover the top of the papaya you just cut and secure it with a toothpick. Put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours, and you're done.

Cut it open and eat.
Tips:
When mixing milk, sugar and isinglass powder, I personally feel that it is quicker to stir directly on a small fire. Stirring with insulated water is too torturous. For most of the day, the isinglass powder will not dissolve.
