Simple Fluffy Banana-flavored Bread

Prepare the ingredients (the cream is about 10g leftover from my cake) Take a clean basin, first put milk, cream, salt, white sugar, high-powder yeast into the basin in turn

Take a pair of chopsticks and stir evenly

Pour the evenly mixed dough into the bread bucket (press the custom kneading button for 60 minutes)

Kneading the noodles for about 20 minutes, press the pause button and cut into a banana (it is recommended that the banana is ripe and fragrant) to continue the kneading

After kneading the dough, put it directly in the bread machine (a serving is twice the size of the dough)

When the hair is finished, continue to select custom and dough keys for 4 minutes (discharge the large bubbles that have just fermented from the dough)

Continue to serve twice (the same size is twice the size of the dough)
9.
The second shot is completed, (select the bake button for 60 minutes)

Tips:
Everyone’s bread machine has a different heat (my baking time of 60 minutes is for reference only)
Emphasize that bananas must be ripe
