Simple Fried Fresh Milk
1.
Add the milk to the right amount of starch, mix thoroughly and pour it into the pan, preferably a non-stick pan, this is a wok, I need to keep stirring
2.
Pour it into a bowl in the form of a rice paste, and put plastic wrap in the bowl for easy removal. I use a little more starch.
3.
Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, I made it the night before, put it in the refrigerator overnight, cut into pieces, not too thin
4.
Use flour and a small amount of starch to make a batter, set aside
5.
Wrap the batter, the batter is a bit thick and it’s okay,
6.
Fry in the pan, heat the oil for 7, 8 minutes and then fry. There is a small fire in the middle, and finally the big fire comes out.
7.
It's quite crispy, I thought there were few raw materials, but I didn't expect it to taste good! Kids like it too
Tips:
Don't forget to put sugar when cooking milk, the sweetness is arbitrary
