The simple version is because the Mapo seasoning is not made by yourself. The local specialty that my younger brother and sister brought me back from a trip to Chengdu-Mapo tofu seasoning. Using this seasoning to make mapo tofu is quick and easy, and tastes great. Mala degree is acceptable to the family. It's delicious.

Ingredients

1. Wash the tofu

3. Boil the tofu in the pot and remove the water to drain

4. Chopped green onion, ginger and garlic
