Simple Spicy Fish Head Pot

Cut the tofu into strips.

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into slices. [Small ones don’t need to be cut]

Wash kelp and cut into strips.
4.
Cut the cabbage into pieces.
5.
Wash the fish heads and fry them slightly in a frying pan.

Add an appropriate amount of water. Bring to a boil, add green onion and ginger and cook until the soup is milky white.
7.
In a separate pot, add oil and sauté sesame pepper and chili.

Pour in the cooked fish head soup and bring to a boil.
9.
Add tofu and kelp mushrooms, turn to low heat and cook until 20 minutes.
10.
Add the cabbage, add salt and chicken essence, turn off the heat and pour the fish head pot into a large bowl.
11.
Put oil in the pot to heat up.
12.
Pour the oil on the fish head while it is hot.
Tips:
If you like to be spicy, you can add some chili at the end of the oil. The ingredients in the pot can be added for your own taste.
