Simple Sushi Recipe

Cut out the cucumber cubes as shown in the picture

Slice the orange and cut it with a cross knife, as shown in the picture

Roll mat covered with a piece of seaweed

Cook the rice in advance in the rice cooker, add salt to season and stir evenly, let it cool, cover it with seaweed, and then put half of the seaweed width and half of the cucumber strips and half the sausage strips, as shown in the figure.

Take the rolling mat to help roll up the seaweed and pinch it tight

Take off the roll mat and cut into pieces as shown in the picture

Tips:
The rice balls must be squeezed tightly so that they don’t become loose when cut, and the fruits can be replaced according to your liking.
