Simple Version of Small Soup Bag
1.
Prepare the materials first. Here I stole another laziness and used dumpling wrappers to wrap them directly, which saved the process of rolling the wrappers.
2.
Cut the bamboo shoots into cubes and add the minced meat with the shrimps.
3.
Add salt, sugar, cooking wine and a little salad oil, mix well to taste.
4.
Lift the surrounding dumpling skins and squeeze them together.
5.
Finally, shape the dumpling skin as you like. You can squeeze it into any shape you want, and you don’t have to worry about not making beautiful folds anymore.
Tips:
1. When peeling the shrimps, place the shrimps flat in the refrigerator and freeze for about 20 minutes, which will make it easier to peel.
2. The filling of the bag can be adjusted according to personal preference.
3. Don't pinch the dumpling skin too tightly when closing, otherwise the thick skin will feel hard and affect the taste.
