Skewered Taro

Taro peeled

Take a section, cut into 5mm thick, 20mm wide, 50mm long slices, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt and sugar

Mix evenly and marinate for about 20 minutes.

String together with bamboo sticks,

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 3 minutes, and bake for 12 minutes in the oven.

The time to roast the taro, with some dipping sauce. Take an appropriate amount of Chobe salad dressing and tomato sauce and pour into the container

Stir well and set aside.

Take out the roasted taro

Serve with the dipping sauce.
Tips:
Don’t cut the taro too thinly, otherwise the taste will be a bit dry
