Sliced Bitter Gourd

Wash bitter gourd to remove the head and tail, cut open and remove the seeds.

Cut thin slices into a container, add a little salt, stir evenly and marinate for about 10 minutes to force out bitter juice.

Rinse with clean water.

Drain the water and set aside.

Pour the previously cut pork neck meat into the pot. Stir the meat over medium heat until slightly charred.

Pour the bitter gourd and stir fry.

Pour in a little water and stir fry for about 1-2 minutes.
