Sliced Meat Horseshoe

Cut the tenderloin into slices and add starch salt for sizing.

Wash the horseshoe and peel it off.
3.
Cut the washed horseshoe into slices.
4.
Put the oil in a pot to heat up the pickled peppers, add the meat slices.
5.
Fry until the meat slices change color, add light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir fry evenly.
6.
Add the horseshoe slices and stir fry for a while.
