Sliced Rice Cake

1. Soak 750 grams of Jiangmi in water for more than 4 hours

2. 250g jujube, boil in water for 20 minutes, remove and set aside

3. Boil the soaked rice in boiling water until it is transparent and remove it (about 5 minutes, don’t simmer)

4. Put it in the steamer and steam for 20 minutes.

5. Repeatedly squeeze while hot

6. Press until the rice grains are blurred

7. Put a layer of oil in the bowl (preferably lard)

8. Spread a layer of rice

9. Put a layer of dates

10. Spread another layer of rice

11. Lay the second layer of dates

12. The remaining rice is spread and compacted.

13. Let cool

14. Take out the top and add dried fruits and other decorations

15. Sprinkle with sugar and enjoy~~~~~

Tips:

Don’t boil the rice and look transparent. Take a grain of rice and have a little hard core inside.
