[slimming Recipe] Stir-fried Corn Kernels

Be sure to use waxy corn kernels. This is what I bought at home.

The corn kernels melt at room temperature. [Quick defrosting of the microwave oven is also available]
3.
Cut green onion. Use the scallion part.
4.
Put less oil in the pot~, I put a little too much.
5.
Add chopped green onion and sauté
6.
Add corn kernels and stir fry.
7.
If the pot is a bit dry, you can add some water and salt.
8.
Stir-fried, out of the pot~
Tips:
1. The taste must be fried with waxy corn. But don't eat too much, it will develop chewing muscles.
2. Put less oil.
