Slimming Version of Grilled Fish Fillet Curry Fried Rice

After the Longli fish fillet has been thawed naturally, rinse and drain, sprinkle with cumin, ginger garlic powder, and black pepper, and marinate for about 15 minutes.

It is recommended to cook the rice in advance. For this step, I used brown rice and quinoa, and it takes about 50 minutes to cook (a cup of rice).
