Slow Cooker Beef Bone Soup
1.
Wash the materials;
2.
Add a piece of ginger to remove the fishy, slap the ginger to crack, and the flavor will come out more easily;
3.
The beef bones are blanched for about 10 minutes, until there is no blood, take out the running water and wash them;
4.
Put it in the pot and set aside;
5.
Add various seasonings;
6.
Add water to cover the beef bones. If the pot is larger, you can add the amount of water according to your own needs. The more water, the more soup, because the slow cooker basically has no water loss.
7.
The slow cooker takes a long time. I usually use a low-grade stew if I don’t have to worry about it. If there is not enough time, I will open a high-grade stew.
8.
Finished product.
Cook noodles, add beef bones and soup, and add a few side dishes. It's really fragrant!
This is a soup that our family will make once a week, and I recommend it to everyone, thank you for browsing🙏
