[slow Roasting in The Oven] Sweet and Sweet Barbecue Sauce Ribs that Melt in Your Mouth~
1.
Wash the blood off the pork ribs, peel off the film on the bone side, and use a knife and spoon to remove as much fat and fat from the ribs as possible.
2.
Measure out 1 cup (1 cup) of Dark Brown Sugar; 1.5 spoons (1.5 tbs) ground red pepper (if you have paprika, you can add 1 tbs of paprika); 1 spoon (1 tbs) garlic powder ( Garlic Powder); 1 spoon of black salt (Smoked Salt, which is black, if not available, you can replace it with ordinary salt); mix well.
3.
Arrange the ribs on the foil, (the shiny side is in contact with the food) evenly spread the mixture on the front and back sides and sides of the ribs, and massage them until the brown sugar is almost melted away.
4.
Tightly wrap the ribs with tin foil, make sure that there are at least two layers of tin foil on each side, and place them on the baking tray. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit) for two and a half hours.
5.
Take out the ribs after 2.5 hours and carefully open the tin foil. Be careful of burns.
6.
Cut the ribs into 2-3 parts (as long as they fit in your pan). Spread your favorite Barbecue Sauce (Barbecue Sauce) on both sides of the ribs. Fry each side in the pan for 1 minute.
7.
After both sides are fried, it is ready to serve!
8.
Soft, fragrant, melt-in-tasting pork chops~! Just tear it with your hands and eat it~~!
Tips:
1. The ribs sold in the restaurant have almost no fat, because the fat will be difficult to eat, so in the first step, you must remove the fat as much as possible~
2. Black salt is a kind of salt specially used for barbecue. The salt was used up the time I took the photo, so I only used ordinary salt instead, and the taste is still very good!
3. Although there is a lot of brown sugar, the finished product is not very sweet. The chili powder will not taste the spiciness in the end, so friends who don't eat spicy don't need to worry.
4. The recommended method of frying barbecue sauce in step 6: Before frying, use the back of a spoon or brush to smear an appropriate amount of barbecue sauce on one side of the ribs. Fry the side with barbecue sauce down in the pan for 1 minute. At this point, quickly spread the barbecue sauce on the other side, then turn the ribs over with a large clamp, and fry for 1 minute.
