Small Bread Sticks
1.
Mix all ingredients except oil and knead well. (You can add the yeast to the warm milk, let it sit for a while, and then add it to the flour little by little).
2.
Add oil, knead until smooth and knead to the extent that it can stretch the mold. (It is convenient if there is a bread machine, 30 minutes).
3.
Fermentation is twice as big in a warm place.
4.
Roll the dough into thin slices.
5.
Cut into strips. Then it can be twisted into a spiral or rolled into a small stick and placed on a baking sheet lined with greased paper.
6.
Preheat the oven at 155 degrees, middle layer, bake for about 9 minutes, (note the color change of the place where the bread sticks and oil paper contact), turn to 145 degrees, and bake for about 4 minutes.
Tips:
The finer the kneading, the shorter the time, so don't bake it.
