Small Chicken Coop
1.
First weigh all the ingredients.
2.
Put the corn flour and wheat cob powder, baking powder and sugar, and baking powder into a larger container.
3.
Mix all the ingredients and stir well.
4.
Slowly add warm water and stir evenly into a flocculent shape with chopsticks.
5.
Then knead it into a smooth dough by hand and let it sit for 20 minutes.
6.
Wash the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Use a knife to cut out the mouth and feet of the chicken.
7.
After the corn dough has been set aside, knead it evenly, divide it evenly into 10 parts, and knead it round by hand.
8.
Take one of the dough and knead it into a cone shape.
9.
I used my finger to poke a hole in the bottom. The hole I poke is large because it can be steamed and can be eaten with the ingredients I like.
10.
Take two black sesame seeds and stick them on the dough as the chicken's eyes, and then use the carved carrots to make the chicken's mouth.
11.
Do all the small chicken coops in turn.
12.
Put the finished chicken coop with the chicken feet on the bottom, and put it into the basket of Wanmu Lifting Hotpot.
13.
Put cold water into the pot, press the hot pot button to bring it to a boil, steam on medium heat for 15 minutes, turn off the power and simmer for 5 minutes after the whistle is sounded.
14.
The cute little chicken coop comes out perfectly.
Tips:
The corn dough must be set aside for a while before you operate it. If you like the flavor of milk, you can replace the water with milk and noodles. The same is true...
