Small Dessert---papaya Coconut Milk Jelly
1.
The leftovers from making glutinous rice and lotus roots are useless anyway, just use them to add flavor to the desserts. This step can actually be omitted~
2.
Pour the coconut milk powder and milk powder into a small bowl. , Add hot water to brew into coconut milk. (If you like a stronger taste, you can add less water)
3.
Put the agar in the coconut milk (soak it in hot water in advance to soften it and then filter it in is better)
4.
Pour the coconut milk agar liquid into the glutinous rice bowl, add milk, boil in water, and stir slowly. (If you don't add glutinous rice, you can cook it for 5 or 6 minutes.) To get the taste of glutinous rice, I cooked it for 20 minutes.
5.
Spread a layer of papaya puree on the bottom of the easy~ If you have not soaked the agar in advance, like me, filter the cooked mixed liquid onto the papaya, and filter out the glutinous rice and the agar that has not melted.
6.
Put it in the refrigerator for two hours, take it out and cut into pieces, then wrap it with a layer of coconut paste~
