Small Fresh and Super Cute Peach 🍑 Almond Sandwich Biscuits

The butter is softened at room temperature and mixed with powdered sugar. Add sifted low-gluten flour, almond flour and a pinch of pink coloring. Stir into a dough, be careful not to knead the pink too evenly. Put in a fresh-keeping bag and freeze for 15 minutes. Take out the dough and divide it equally into 20 portions, each with 10 to 11 grams of dough, and then knead it into small balls by hand. Place on the baking tray.

Put it into the preheated Kobic 80s blast furnace at 140 degrees for 15 minutes.

After baking, carefully put the biscuits on the baking net to cool.

Set in two pieces, squeeze the chocolate sauce in the middle, then put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 15 minutes, and wait for the filling to solidify.
