Small Fried Pork

Marinate lean meat slices with appropriate amount of starch, salt and soy sauce.

The garlic sprouts are cleaned and cut into sections for later use.

Pour oil into the pan and stir-fry the lean meat quickly.

Leave the oil in the pot to burn the peppers.

Add garlic and stir fry.

Add garlic leaves.

Add the lean skin and stir fry evenly.
8.
Stir-fry evenly and add a little salt to taste.
