Small Potatoes with Northeast Sauce

Wash the small potatoes, control the water, and place them in the oven at 202°C for an hour, turning several times in the middle. The skin is a little smoky. Use a fork on each potato to make it easier to taste. It is usually done at home. Put oil in the pot and fry the potatoes in the pot. I know that the fry is just soaking, so I just use the oven to test it if it is troublesome.

Prepare the side dishes, celery, coriander, sweet potato stalks, wash them and set aside, you can also add a few peppers according to your own taste, my family can not eat spicy, so I rarely add peppers in my cooking.

Put oil in the pot, add ginger, green onion and pepper to fragrant when the oil is hot, add soybean paste, I used 6 tablespoons, and fry until fragrant.

Add the potatoes and stir fry so that each small potato is filled with sauce.

Add water to the pot, spread over the small potatoes, place the side dishes on top, and heat for 40 minutes on medium heat.
