Small Pumpkin Bread

First pour the liquid, yeast, salt, egg and milk into the bread bucket, then add the flour, turn on the bread machine kneading mode, and start kneading.

After the noodles are mixed, add butter and set the bread machine to the fermentation function for 90 minutes

After 90 minutes of fermentation, the dough becomes twice its original size. Use your fingers to poke a hole in the middle without shrinking it.

Take out the dough and let it ventilate and knead until it is smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 15 minutes

Divide the bean paste into 6 15 g-sized balls, divide the dough into 6 parts, knead and squash the bean paste on top

Slowly close the mouth with the mouth facing down. Use oil-soaked thick thread to tie the dough diagonally repeatedly. It looks like 8 equal parts. The thread should not be tied too tightly.
