Small Yellow Croaker Soup

Wash the small yellow croaker, cut the abdomen, take out the internal organs and fish gills. Wash and drain.

Add oil to the pan to heat up, add pepper, ginger and garlic to fragrant, remove these seasonings

Turn on a low heat, and fry the small yellow croaker in the sauteed oil until both sides are slightly yellowed. (The low heat is to keep the fish from sticking to the pan)

Pour out the oil, add water to the pot, put salt, pepper, and a little cooking wine in it, and simmer the yellow croaker on medium heat for about ten minutes. In the end, the soup became milky white. (Don't add too much cooking wine, for fear of taking away the fragrance of fish.)
