Deep-fried yellow croaker is a particularly delicious dish, while the yellow croaker stewed with tofu in the soup is more delicious and the bibimbap is also very fragrant.

Small Yellow Croaker Stewed Tofu

1. Clean the belly of the small yellow croaker and wash it for later use. The black film must be removed here, otherwise the fish will be very fishy.

2. Marinate small yellow croaker with a small handful of pepper, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and some salt for 15 minutes.

3. Pickled small yellow croaker, use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture. Coat with flour.

4. Sit in a hot pot, add cooking oil, heat to 60% heat, add small yellow croaker, fry for about 10 minutes on one side, turn over and fry, remove the golden brown on both sides.

5. They are all fried in turn.

6. Prepare the required seasonings, and cut the tofu into pieces.

7. Sit in a hot oil pan, add appropriate amount of cooking oil, and sauté the spices.

8. Then add the fried small yellow croaker, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, then add half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and a little sugar, add tofu cubes and boiling water that has not been used for tofu.

9. After boiling, turn to medium heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

10. If you turn it during the process, use the back of the stir-fry spoon to gently push it, otherwise the fish and tofu will break easily.
