Smoked Dried Celery with Shredded Pork

Wash celery to remove old parts.

Cut the celery into horizontal strips.

Put water in the pot, add shredded celery to blanch the water after boiling.

After blanching the water, immediately fish into the cold water.

Shred pork loin.

Add salt cooking wine and a little sizing for use.

Remove the celery to control the moisture.

Put oil in the pot and heat it up.

Add the shredded pork and stir fry.

Stir-fry the shredded pork until it changes color.

Leave low oil in the pan. Saute the scallions and ginger, add in the smoked dry and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in the stir-fried shredded pork and celery, add salt to high heat and stir evenly.
