Smoked Marinated Egg

Boil the eggs for fifteen minutes after the wash water is boiled and remove them to cool.

Remove the egg skin.

Put it in the stewed soup and simmer for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 6 hours.

Remove the marinated eggs and control the water.

Put tin foil in the wok, mix the sugar and tea leaves on the tin foil.

Put a curtain on the pan and put the eggs in.
7.
Turn the heat to a low heat and simmer for five minutes after the white smoke emerges from the side of the pot, then turn off the heat and simmer for another five minutes.
