Smoked Wing Tip

Thaw and blanch the tips of chicken wings.

Blanch it with cold water and wash it off.
3.
Put the dry mix in a pot and bring to a boil.

Put the water in the wing tip after boiling.

After simmering for 10 minutes, add salt and a little braised soy sauce, cook for another 10 minutes, turn off the heat and soak for half an hour.

Use tin foil to make a bowl and put tea and sugar in it.

Put in the grilling net.

Take out the wing tips and add the stewed dried tofu by the way.

Open the fire and smoke for 8 minutes. Turn the wing tips and dried tofu halfway.
10.
The smoked product is served on a plate.
Tips:
During the smoking process, the fire should be moderate, not too fast, otherwise it will be easy to burn.
