Smooth Sailing

Dried eggs are chopped, parsley is diced, and eggs are cooked and peeled.

After blanching the parsley, remove the controlled dry water, put it in a basin and add dried eggs and carrots

Add June Fresh Soy Sauce

Add salt, a little vinegar, and sesame oil and stir well

Cut the egg in half, remove the yolk, and add the stir-fried vegetables to the yolk
