Smoothie (homemade Yogurt Mixed with Strawberry, Banana and Kumquat)
1.
One bag of plain yogurt + 4 bags of pure milk, put them in a clean container without oil and water. No need to stir, just let it stand.
2.
Put it into the yogurt maker and ferment after 12 hours of electricity.
3.
The next day, slice the strawberries and kumquats into thin slices and stick them in the glass of yogurt. I use a large red wine glass. The size and shape of the container are up to your liking. The fruit can also be changed by itself.
4.
Put bananas, strawberries and homemade yogurt in the juicer together last night
5.
Smash it into a pink liquid and pour it into the bottom of the cup with fruit slices.
6.
Put kumquats, bananas, and yogurt into the juicer again, remember to brush off the pink residue first.
7.
Broken into light yellow liquid.
8.
Then pour gently on top of the previous pink color, and pour slowly, or use a spoon to spoon into it. Finally fill the cup with some white plain yogurt. Add two mulberries or blueberries, strawberries, mint leaves to decorate, and insert two chocolate bars. That's it.
9.
The ice is amazing. I didn't put any sugar in the whole process. The sweetness of natural fruits is natural. If you like to lick some, you can also add sugar or honey.
