[Red Snake Gourd]: The color is gorgeous, salty and fresh and slightly spicy; the taste is soft and tender, and it is delicious with rice.
Snake gourd: also called snake bean, snake gourd, soybean horn and so on.
Snake gourd is rich in carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. The meat is soft and slightly sweet. Snake gourd is cool in nature, enters the lungs, stomach, and large intestine meridian, can clear away heat and resolve phlegm, moisturize the lungs and smooth the intestines. The tender snake gourd can be sliced and fried, or it can be fried with meat or made into soup. The cooking method is very simple.
The snake gourd I used is my own grown, these two are 75 cm long.

Snake Gourd

1. Material: snake gourd (length 75cm)

2. Peel, wash and cut the snake gourd

3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions

4. Add snake gourd and stir fry

5. Add chili sauce and stir fry

6. Fry until the snake gourd collapses, add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste

7. Add a little water and simmer for 1 minute. Add a few drops of vinegar for fragrance. Out of the pot and plate

Tips:

1. A little more oil is needed to have the effect of red oil. Red but not spicy
2. It can also be cooked with Pixian bean paste.
