Snake Gourd in Vinegar

Ingredients: snake gourd (long gourd), vinegar.

Peel the snake gourd, wash and cut into strips.
3.
Add water to the pot, boil, and drip a few drops of oil.
4.
Add snake gourd strips and blanch until cooked.
5.
Remove and put in a basin.
6.
While hot, add salt and MSG to taste.
7.
After mixing well, marinate for about 5 minutes.
8.
Place the pickled snake gourd strips on the plate.
9.
Pour over the vinegar, mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. If you don't like the taste of aged vinegar, you can also put balsamic vinegar.
2. When blanching vegetables, a few drops of oil in boiling water can make the vegetables brighter. But the time cannot be too long.
