Snow Fungus Yuba Syrup

Dry the yuba and snow fungus with water, remove the pits of the jujube, wash the wolfberry and set aside

Snow fungus, ginger, jujube and cold water into the pot, turn to low heat for 30 minutes after the high heat is turned on

30 minutes later, add yuba and continue to boil for 30 minutes

Tips:
Do not put the wolfberry in the pot at the beginning, it will lose its effect after a long time.
