Snow on The Volcano ~ Sugar Sprinkled Tomatoes

The first step is to prepare a knife that can peel the tomato skin, and a fruit knife. The tomato will taste much worse if it is sprinkled with sugar without peeling it. It is not recommended to use boiling water for peeling. It is troublesome and spoils the taste, and there is a risk of scalding.

In the third step, cut in half, and use the knife to remove the lumps under the pedicle. If you donāt remove it, itās not easy to cut when slicing, and itās a little bit in the way when you eat it.

In the fourth step, turn the stalk inward (in your own direction), and then cut 8 evenly into 9 slices.

The fifth step, hold the tomato with your hand, shovel it from the bottom with a knife, and transfer it to the plate completely. Push half of it away, and push the other half in the opposite direction. This will form a beautiful ripple.
