Snow Pear Soup with Rock Sugar Tremella
1.
Prepare cooking ingredients. Chuan Fritillaria was bought in a pharmacy, and the powder was pressed by the store. One bag was 3 grams. The pharmacist said one bag of stewed Sydney pear once a day.
2.
One box of fresh white fungus bought in the supermarket is one flower, and 1/6 of the amount is used in the stew pot.
3.
Cut the Sydney pear into pieces, add Chinese wolfberry, rock sugar and Sichuan Fritillaria powder. Because the stew cup I bought is flat, not a high one, there is no way to dig out the core of the whole pear and put it in, so I had to cut the pear into pieces and simmer it together.
4.
Add 2 red dates and rinse with boiling water.
5.
Simmer over water for 50-60 minutes.
