Snowflake Soft Twist

1. Put all the ingredients into the bread machine, select the dough to ferment, and then wait for an hour and a half.

2. Cut 1/3 of the dough, put the others in a covered container and set aside. Roll the dough into a wider strip.

3. Then cut into 1 cm wide strips.

4. Take one or two and twist into a long thin strip.

5. Then fold it in half and twist it for the first time

6. Twist it a second time and pinch it tightly.

7. Put the formed twist into a plate, cover it with plastic wrap or wet gauze, and wait for the second fermentation for 30 minutes.

8. Wait for the dough to expand and feel light and soft.

9. Prepare the oil in the pan, wait until the oil is warm, then put it in the pan, and fry it until golden.

10. After frying, remove it and put it on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar on both sides!
