Snowflakes
1.
Prepare all the materials
2.
Put the prepared non-stick pan on the induction cooker and turn on the minimum heat (I turned on the stewing function or the hot milk function) and then pour the butter to melt
3.
After the butter has melted, pour in the marshmallow and press it with a spatula until it melts
4.
The melted marshmallow looks like this
5.
Next, pour the milk powder into the melted marshmallow and stir evenly
6.
Then pour in the nuts and continue to mix evenly (you can also choose the nuts you like. The nuts I add are dried cranberries, roasted peanuts, raisins. You can also put pistachios, almonds, etc.)
7.
Add biscuits to the mixed marshmallows and mix evenly
8.
Pour the stir-fried snow flakes into the mold and press to flatten
9.
Press the flat snow flakes and let cool, then take out the cut pieces
10.
Finally, the cut snow flakes are coated with a layer of milk powder and ready to be eaten
11.
The finished snowflakes are crispy, crispy and full of milk flavor.
Tips:
1. It must not stick to the pot, or the marshmallow will stick everywhere after it melts
2. When the marshmallow is melting, remember that you must not open the fire, otherwise the marshmallow will be burnt.
3. The shaped mold should also be non-stick, otherwise the mold that is hot when the snow flakes is just out of the pan is not non-stick. The marshmallows in the snow flakes will stick to the bottom of the mold and it will be difficult to take out the cut
