Snowflakes
1.
Prepare cashews, pistachios, raisins and peanuts. The nuts are ripe, and the dried fruits are washed. Cut it a bit.
2.
Pour corn oil into a nonstick pan.
3.
Add marshmallows.
4.
Minute the fire throughout the process and stir constantly to melt the marshmallows completely.
5.
Pour milk powder into the melted marshmallows and mix well.
6.
Add nuts and biscuits, stir quickly, and try to stick marshmallows on every ingredient. (This process must be fast, because the marshmallows cool down quickly after the fire is turned off, and the marshmallows will harden when they are cold, and they will not stick to the food.
7.
After being evenly wrapped, put it into a non-stick baking pan, press the height parallel to the baking pan, and use a scraper to make the edges neat.
8.
Sprinkle a layer of milk powder on both sides of the snowflake cake.
9.
Wait for the snow flakes to cool down completely, then cut them into pieces and serve them on a plate.
10.
After serving, you can sprinkle a layer of milk powder to decorate.
11.
The more you chew, the more fragrant the snow flakes~

O(∩_∩)O haha~

Let's eat~
Tips:
1. Choose the tough biscuits. If they are too crisp, they will break easily when pressed.
2. When melting the marshmallows, I basically use a low heat throughout the whole process. A slight fire will cause the marshmallows to become mushy and yellow.
