Snowman Strawberry Daifuku

Prepare the ingredients (I forgot to take the red bean paste here)

Sift glutinous rice flour and orange powder, add water and oil and mix until no particles

Wrap it with plastic wrap and steam it in a pot with water

Put the glutinous rice flour in a pot and stir-fry (until slightly yellow)

Strawberries are soaked in light salt water for half an hour and rinsed with water to remove swelling

Bread the strawberry with a layer of red bean paste, exposing the pointed head of the strawberry (for the sake of the cut surface)

Let the steamed glutinous rice flour cool, take a piece and pat the hand flour

Then wrap red bean paste with strawberries
