Tips:
1. When making ice skin, some odorless vegetable oils such as corn oil are added. I personally think that adding butter is more delicious
2. The steaming time of the roux depends on the amount. If the amount is large, the steaming time can be extended appropriately
3. Fruity powder, cocoa powder and other powder materials can also be added to the ice skin, depending on personal taste
4. I used a 50g moon cake mold with a 20g snow skin and 30 g filling. The snow skin moon cake made with this ratio has a thin skin and a large filling, but it is easier to break. You can also change the ratio according to personal preference
5. You can also make a little cooked glutinous rice flour and sprinkle it in the moon cake mold to prevent adhesion
