Snowy Mooncake

Prepare two or three large plates, one for the mooncake powder, one for the filling, and one for the finished mooncake. Moon cake molds. Boil water to 100°C

Mix moon cake powder and purple sweet potato powder, pour in boiling water, and stir the powder and water with a spoon.

After cooling, knead it by hand until the surface is smooth and elastic. \n Divide the dough into 25g-sized pieces and 25g-sized fillings, and wrap them into the dough. Put it into a 50g mooncake mold and press it into shape. The mold should be coated with some cooking oil or salad oil first.
Tips:
1. At the beginning of rubbing, the powder skin is sticky, and gradually becomes smooth and non-sticky. \n2. The formed moon cakes can be eaten directly or placed in the refrigerator.
