Yutu Snow Mooncake

Add the glutinous rice flour to the pot and stir-fry until it turns slightly yellow. Set aside

Add 100 grams of water and 10 grams of oil to the pot and boil until it is in a large bowl

Add snow skin powder and stir to form a dough

Knead until smooth, cover or seal with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes

Divide the moon cake filling and snow skin flour into each, each with 10 grams of moon cake filling and 30 grams of snow skin.

Take a piece of snowy dough, roll it into a ball, stick a little glutinous rice flour and round it, press it with both hands into small round pieces

Take a portion of white kidney bean filling and wrap it in the ice crust

Tighten the tiger’s mouth and slowly push up the skin from the bottom to completely enclose the filling

The wrapped snowy mooncake will be closed tightly

Squeeze the wrapped ball into a mouse shape with your hands, the front tip and the back are round

Use scissors to cut out two small ears on the surface of the head, and the prototype will be there

Use a little bit of hydration to dissolve the red yeast rice powder. Use chopsticks to rub and dip a little bit to give the rabbit eyes (note that the eye points are separated, the smaller ones are more similar)
Tips:
1. The oil used in the recipe can be corn oil and white oil. Other rapeseed oil or oil with special taste and color cannot be used, which will affect the taste of the finished product.
2. The fillings used are best to choose lighter fillings, the best finished product will be white.
