Soaked Sea Cucumber

Place the sea cucumbers in a clean container and soak them with water at room temperature.

Soak for 24 to 48 hours, changing the water every 12 hours.

Put the soaked sea cucumbers in boiling water, boil them on low heat for 30 to 40 minutes, then cover them to cool naturally.

Take out the cool sea cucumber, cut the sea cucumber abdomen incision from the head to the tail, and cut off the sand mouth of the sea cucumber head.

Wash the impurities in the sea cucumber abdomen.

Gently wipe the epidermis of the sea cucumber with a steel wire ball to remove the sandy outer layer of the epidermis.

Put the cleaned sea cucumbers into a clean container, add pure water and put them in the refrigerator freezer to foam naturally for 72 hours, and change the water every twelve hours.

The sea cucumber foam can be eaten until it is transparent and soft. If it is not well, you can go back to step 3 and re-foam. The sea cucumbers can be put into the refrigerator and kept frozen.
