Ingredients

Soba Noodles

1. Cut the onion and set aside

2. Shred carrots and set aside

3. Cut luncheon meat into pieces

4. Soba noodles boiled in water, cooked in a pot

5. Fried two eggs

6. Heat the onions and carrots in a hot pan with oil and sauté
